UpShift to participate in AM webinar on AI revolution in dealer marketing strategies

David Watts, CTO at UpShift, will join an expert panel to discuss the transformative impact of AI on automotive retail marketing. The panel includes industry leaders such as:

During the webinar, David Watts et al. will explore key insights on how artificial intelligence is transforming marketing strategies for dealerships in 2025 and beyond. As discovered in UpShift’s latest automotive marketing survey, AI and machine learning technologies are the top interests for marketers this year. Yet, less than half of organisations currently include AI in their marketing strategies, signalling significant growth opportunities for dealerships willing to embrace innovation.

“AI is fundamentally changing how we approach dealership marketing,” said David Watts. “From improving ad targeting and creating engaging, multi-channel campaigns to integrating online and offline data for seamless customer journeys, dealerships now have unprecedented tools to increase efficiency and drive showroom visits. Participants will also learn how first-party data collection is becoming critical as third-party cookies are phased out, the value of training staff in consistent data management, and the importance of clean CRM data for effective AI-driven ad campaigns. Watts will share examples of how integrating AI, such as Performance Max campaigns and call analytics, has significantly increased high-quality leads and showroom visits for dealerships.
