Martyn has 12 years experience working within various facets of digital marketing; the last 5 years has been focused on performance management and client strategy. Martyn joined Evolved in August, 2020 as Head of Strategy, until moving into the Associate Director of Performance role in May, 2023.

Outside of work, Martyn spends his time with his friends and family, and his pastimes include playing football, and taking his dog Pepper - a crazy ginger cockapoo - for long walks and hikes.
