Lou is responsible for all things people and culture, making sure Evolved continues to be a great place to work and pushing boundaries with innovative people initiatives that keep us at the cutting edge of great employee experience.
Lou has worked in people and culture for over 17 years, supporting startups to large businesses in multiple sectors through departmental builds, transformation, investment and scale up. Lou joined evolved in 2023 as the first external board hire for the business and will support the ambitious growth plans of the business as it enters an exciting next phase of its strategy.
